Process: This program begins with an online inventory taken by your instructional staff. The inventory covers topics such student resource analysis, developing students' positive self-talk to improve learning, creating relationships of mutual trust, teaching students to deal with hidden rules and develop appropriate behaviors.
Deliverable: The program includes secure on-line access to survey results. An additional option includes a written report detailing recommendations for a professional development plan for the school/district. The report is reviewed with district/school administration via phone consultation with an Aha! Process team member.
